PILOT, anchored at Brooklyn’s Pier 6, is a SEASONAL OYSTER BAR restaurant situated aboard one of America’s most prized and beautiful wooden schooners. “She” has raced the world’s fastest sailboats, circumnavigated the globe twice, and is now settled and reborn along the Brooklyn waterfront.
