PAYMENT SCHEDULE
· Deposit due: $1,000 now with registration to secure your place
Second payment: $1,000 payment due Sep 1, 2023
Remainder payment: due Oct 1, 2023
· Late fees and penalties: $100 if final payment is not received by October 15, 2023. Reservations are subject to cancellation and replacement from wait list if final payment not received by October 30, 2023
· Cancellation penalty: Prior to 9/15/23 - $200; between 9/15/23 and 10/15/23 - $1000; between 10/16/23 and 11/15/23 - 75% of trip price; after 11/16/23 - 100% of trip price
· TRIP INSURANCE IS INEXPENSIVE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
