Monday, we'll head toward St. Albans, Vt. area for the 3:25PM event which will last about 3.5 minutes.
The weather forecast this morning for the eclipse is sunny with some clouds.
I (and whoever else is interested, will take a road trip to the area on Saturday or Sunday to scout out optimal viewing locations (somewhere on the Lake Champlain lakefront up to Fonda, VT.)).
The moon will begin its traverse across the sun around 2:00 to 2:15 with the total eclipse somewhere around 3:15 to 3:30 and complete around 4:30(all depending on where we are).
We'll leave the lodge around 11:00 AM to noon. The drive without traffic to the area is about 1-1/4 hours.
