Business Meeting - NYC (Members only)

Dear SSC Members,
As promised in our update to you on June 3, we are writing to inform you about an upcoming members-only business meeting during which we will share information about the lodge, upcoming events, thoughts about the 2020-21 ski season, and hold our annual election for Executive Committee (EC) positions. As we all know, the world has changed dramatically since we last skied together. While we would normally conduct elections earlier in the year, the pandemic has created an obvious shift in timing and the current EC has been doing its best to maintain critical operations.
This meeting will be held on Zoom next Wednesday, August 26 at 6PM. Please use the link sent to members to join.

I would like to thank my fellow members for all of their contributions over the past year, and especially during a pandemic when many of our lives have been upended.
Finally, a housekeeping note about members-only events. In keeping with the generous social spirit of the SSC, our Events Manager Ari Rutan has been working diligently to organize fun events for us and keep us connected. In many cases, we have been compelled to limit the number of participating members to enforce social distancing. Only members in good standing will be permitted to join these events on a first-come, first-served basis. Specifically, this means that only members who are fully paid and current on all membership dues or other debts to the club will be considered for participation in these events.
As always, feel free to reach out should you have any questions about the preceding, or if you would like to add items to the agenda for our meeting next week. We look forward to seeing everyone!
